- Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out is at 12 p.m.
- Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
- We are a non-smoking hotel.
- How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
- Complimentary high-speed wired and wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel, to Kimpton InTouch Guest Loyalty members only. For non-members, there is a $14.95 charge for 24 hour WiFi internet access.
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- Yes. Equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes (all with individual LCD television screens), balance balls, yoga mats, free weights, stretching area and personal trainers are available upon request. The fitness center is open 24 hours to guests.
- Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
- Yes. Available 24 hours.
- Do you have a business center?
- Yes. Available services are faxing, copying, FedEx, UPS, and U.S. mailing/shipping, printing, and secretarial services. Some services do have a fee and can be charged to your room.
- Do you have a pool?
- We do not have a pool.
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
- We do not have a spa on property but, we do offer In-Room Spa services. Services are offered from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Before and after hours appointments may be available and subject to a $25 surcharge. Please call 1 (877) 452-4772 to schedule an appointment or for additional information.
Transportation/Directions
- How do I get to the hotel?

- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- No, but the Concierge can arrange for car services for a fee.
- What are your cross streets?
- South 17th Street and Sansom Street.
- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- Only valet parking is available at the hotel. The cost is $42 per night per car and there is in and out access with your vehicle. Charges will be billed to your room. Please allow at least 30 minutes when calling for your automobile.
Reservations
- How do I view my reservation?

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- All of the above are available upon request. There is a $25 charge per stay for rollaways but are only allowed in certain room types. There are no fees for cribs/playards and are allowed in all room types.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- Please contact the booking agent used to make the reservation.
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- 18 years old.
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- If booked directly through the hotel, we have a 24 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. A 72 hour prior to arrival cancellation notice may be required during high seasons. You must cancel by 6PM Eastern Standard Time 24 (or 72) hours prior to your arrival date to avoid penalty on most reservations. On certain reservations, a special cancellation may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- Yes, a valid government issued picture ID is required to check-in.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- 17 years old and under.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- Yes. Some of our King Deluxe Rooms or Cityview King Rooms connect to Queen Queen Deluxe Rooms and some of our Queen Deluxe Rooms or Cityview Queen Rooms connect to Deluxe One Bedroom Suites. Connecting rooms must be requested and are not guaranteed.
- Do you have accessible rooms?

- Do you have an early departure fee?
- Yes. If the departure date is changed to an earlier date after check-in, an early departure fee of up to 1 night's room and tax is charged.

Breakfast: Daily, 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: Daily, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Dinner: Sunday - Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday & Saturday, 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Bar: Daily, 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Happy Hour: Daily, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Accounting
- I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

- What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
- A credit card is REQUIRED upon check-in. Upon check-out, you can pay in cash or by credit/debit card.
- Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
- Yes, the hotel requires a $75.00 deposit per night.
- How can the incidental deposit be made?
- This deposit can be placed on your credit or debit card. We do not accept cash for incidental deposits.
- When will the incidental deposit be returned to my debit or credit card?
- The incidental deposit is released on the day of your departure at midnight. Your bank will then have to post the transaction to your account.
- How much money does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check in?
- At check in we authorize your entire stay's room and tax plus the incidental deposit.
Pets
- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- Yes. There are no restrictions to the type or size of pet. We will ask you to sign a waiver at check-in stating that you are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. We will also ask for your cell-phone number in the event you are out and your pet is causing a disturbance to the other guests of the hotel.
- Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
- Yes.
- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
- Yes. Services can be arranged through our Concierge.
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- The nearest park is Rittenhouse Square, which is just 2 blocks away from the hotel.
