How far is the hotel from the subway station?
Answer
Amtrak 30th Street station is 10 blocks from the hotel and the Local Service is SEPTA. This is two blocks from the hotel.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Answer
We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service. Please contact the concierge for transportation assistance.

We are one mile from Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

We offer Valet Parking only. $37 per car, $37 per SUV, $45 per oversized vehicle for overnight. Cost is not included in room rate and valet loading and unloading area is on Sansom Street.

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer
All rooms will accommodate cribs/playards, and there is no charge. No rooms will accommodate rollaways.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer
You must contact the site that you booked your reservation through.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
Answer
You must be 18 years of age or older to check in and have a valid credit card and ID. No honor bar key will be provided for guests under 21 years of age.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer
A credit card is required at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled by 4 p.m. local hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge. Please note that for special rates, packages, and certain seasons this policy is subject to change. Please verify the actual cancellation/deposit policy for your dates of travel.

A valid form of government issued photo ID is required at check in.

Children 17 and younger stay free in parent's room with existing bedding.

Yes, we do have connecting rooms. You can make a request for connecting rooms at any time, however these requests are not guaranteed.

Yes, we do have ADA rooms. If you have any special needs please contact the hotel to ensure an ADA room.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, a charge equal to one night's room and tax may apply to guests checking out early.

Question
What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted credit cards. When you check into the hotel, we will hold the full room and tax total, plus $100 for incidental charges. This hold will be released from your account within five days of check out. We do not accept checks. If you wish to pay cash, you must still have a credit card at check in, and you can pay cash at check out.

Pets

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Answer
Pets are not only allowed, but encouraged. There are no weight or height restrictions. At check in the pet owner may sign a short pet contract in case of "accidents" or room damage.
Question
Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?
Answer
There are designated pet free floors. We use non-allergenic cleaning supplies after all of our furry friends check out to reduce allergens. We also use an ionizer in the room to help eliminate any odors.

Do you have pet-sitting or dog walking services?
Answer
We do not offer pet sitting or dog walking services, however our concierge can make recommendations for these services.
