We welcome you to use our pre-arrival concierge service to personalize the details of your upcoming stay, perhaps adding on upgrades and bonus perks. Our concierge will contact you directly to confirm your order and arrange for payment. As a guest of our hotel, you may charge the service amount to your room account or pay by credit card. If you are instead sending a gift to a guest at the hotel, credit card payment will be required at the time of the confirmation call.







Cancellations:
Because your requested services and amenities are specially reserved or prepared for you, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. For cancellations not made within at least 24 hours, the following charges apply: Cancellations or changes between six and 24 hours are charged at 50% of the value of the requested services and/or amenities. Cancellations or changes within six hours or less of the scheduled service and "no-shows" are charged at full value.
