COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Pennsylvania. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Safety Protocols:

  • Masks are required at all times, outside of guestrooms
  • Elevators are to be used one party at a time
  • Guests are required to maintain physical distancing

Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Morning Coffee Service is available at the front desk from 6:00a.m. until 10:00a.m. on weekdays and 6:00a.m. until 11:00a.m. on weekends.
  • Evening Social Hour now offers an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.

Parking Services:

  • Overnight valet parking in our onsite garage for $58 per night with in and out privileges. Daytime valet parking is available for $30 (no in/out privileges). Please allow up to 30 minutes when calling for your vehicle. Valet loading and unloading area is on 17th Street
  • The closest self-parking option is SP+ Self Park Garage on 1616 Sansom St. Their parking fees begin at $40 per night, with no in and out privileges.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. You can dial 0 or text us directly at 267-375-9855 to request contactless delivery of towels or sheets, trash pick-up or our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper and books) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton’s Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of minibar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Grab and Go items from our restaurant Square 1682 are available for purchase daily at the front desk.
  • Our restaurant, Square 1682, is open for dine-in and/or pick-up. VIEW HOURS HERE

In-Room Dining:

  • In-Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery for dinner Wednesday - Saturday and brunch Saturday - Sunday. Place an in-room dining order by scanning the QR code on the menu in your room or calling 215-563-5008.

Concierge Services:

  • In need of Philadelphia restaurant recommendations for dine-in or delivery? Text us directly at 267-375-9855 for a curated list of our favorites.

Fitness Center:

  • For the health and safety of our guests and employees, our fitness center is temporarily closed.
  • Exercise in the safety of your room with personalized workouts through Fitbod by scanning the QR code in your room. Or try our 24-hour yoga program on your TV. There is a yoga mat in every room.

Other Services

  • In-house Bell + Valet luggage services are not currently available.
