COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

The city of Philadelphia requires that all patrons and employees wear a mask while inside the hotel's public spaces.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Pennsylvania. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Safety Protocols:

  • Elevators are to be used one party at a time
  • Guests are required to maintain physical distancing

Digital Check-in & Checkout:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Morning Coffee Service is available in the hotel's living room from 6:00a.m. until 10:00a.m. on weekdays and 6:00a.m. until 11:00a.m. on weekends.
  • Hosted evening social hour takes place in the hotel's living room daily from 5:00p.m. until 6:00p.m.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.

Parking Services:

  • Valet Parking is available. Please allow up to 30 minutes when calling for your vehicle. Valet loading and unloading area is on 17th Street.
    • Overnight Parking: $58 per night
    • Daytime Parking: $30 per day
  • An alternate valet parking option is the InterPark garage at 1728 Sansom Street.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. You can dial 0 or text us directly at 267-375-9855 to request contactless delivery of towels or sheets, trash pick-up or our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper and books) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton’s Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of minibar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Our restaurant, Square 1682, offering modern American cuisine and cocktails, is open for dine-in and/or pick-up. VIEW HOURS HERE

In-Room Dining:

  • In-Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery for dinner during Square 1682's operating hours. Place an in-room dining order by scanning the QR code on the menu in your room or calling 215-563-5008.

Concierge Services:

Fitness Center:

  • Our fitness center is open at a limited capacity.
  • Exercise in the safety of your room with personalized workouts through Fitbod by scanning the QR code in your room. Or try our 24-hour yoga program on your TV. There is a yoga mat in every room.
